Hourly Rate Fee
Our hourly rates range from £150 to £450 plus VAT, depending on the complexity of your case and the Solicitor or Fee Earner that is assigned to handle your matter. We would advise you on the most suitable options following our initial consultation as this is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Fixed Fee
We are able to offer a quote for a fixed fee for your case following an initial consultation with you. The fixed fee will cover all the costs included in your matter from the outset to the hearing as may be applicable.
Length of Applications & Appeals
The duration of the matter will depend on a number of factors such as the timetabling of the matter by the licensing authority, the type of application or appeal, how complex or straight forward your circumstance and that application or appeal, and the stage of the matter when you instruct us. However, we will liaise with the licensing authority and keep you updated with progress of matters.
Disbursements
We will also deal with any third parties’ costs such as Counsel and expert who may be required to be instructed in your matter. These payments are disbursements and they are in addition to Albright Kendrick’s fees above. We will, of course, consult you on these costs as your case progresses and prior to incurring these costs.
